We called the company and they said they would send someone right out. This was important as we had no water. Adam showed up and was most pleasant as I described the problem. He got right to work and was able to do the job in an efficient manner. This required some work as it was broken inside the wall. He stated that the water pressure was very high and the regulator was not working. He fixed the pipes inside the wall, replaced the faucet and added a new regulator in a little over an hour, and did an excellent job. It went very well.
When Adam met with us, we felt an immediate trust and comfort with hiring him. His work ethics are “top notch”. We would recommend him to anyone!

Adam was great. He came in a timely manner, explained everything he was doing and asked me before installing any extra parts (that cost extra money). He was friendly and seemed very trustworthy. I would highly recommend him!
My mother in law, who is 80 and legally blind, needed some work done on a broken toilet. We are always wary when hiring contractors because she is an easy target for dishonest people. I spoke personally to Adam, and I was impressed with his helpful, honest approach. He made an appointment, arrived on time, found that her leaking toilet was not broken, just had a loose connection. He tightened the join, and it was fixed. He did not charge her because it was such a small job. He was also kind and helpful. She was very impressed and grateful. Thank you, Adam!
